- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Would not return. Phoning to make an appointment was on hold for ages, left an online 'contact me' to make a booking and got an email reply to phone them again. The parking at the centre is a disaster. Took 15 minutes to find a park. Once at the appointment, it took 2hrs 15min for total medical contact time of about 20mins. Rest of the time spent just waiting, waiting, waiting. Seems to be a good example of a medium sized/ multi location business being totally out of touch with their customer needs.Dicko ThomasDecember 07, 2017
